If ever a post needed an ‘Update’ Hopi – my understanding is two major shareholders are likely to block.

Cass, come on dude. You’re a fund that has invested in a tanking stack. You get an offer that means your ROI is a disaster area, and shock horror, you say you want something better when a fund comes in offering to pick up the pieces.
We’ll see how they act when they’re actually put to a choice between various bids (and as the Lib Dems call for nationalisation as an alternative gets lots of silly media play).
