Just a thought. Right wing talking heads are saying that a top rate tax rate of 45% would stop people starting small businesses. Presumably then, the 1979-1988 era was a pretty entrepeneur unfirendly time.

Right wing talking heads are usually asserting that small businesses are struggling even to pay the rent, how then could a tax on earnings above £150k pa bother them I wonder….

Given that this tax hike will actually cost money perhaps anyone would explain what the point is …as if I didn’t know .
